When your horse, dog or cat has a wound or a mild cold, it heals by itself. This is called the self-healing ability. The body itself goes to work to keep body and mind healthy, to heal. With symptoms of illness, the body of your horse, dog or cat is therefore working hard to restore the balance.

Thereby, body and mind are closely connected. For example, if you are very nervous about something, you may get abdominal cramps. Unconscious fears, which are stressful, can therefore take the body out of balance to such an extent that it becomes ill. The body wants to restore the balance and thus gives signals through illness symptoms.

Cause of disease symptoms

To find a solution, it is important to look for the cause of these disease symptoms. What caused the body to become unbalanced? For example, you may be feeling very insecure due to a big change in your life. Your horse, dog or cat picks up on these stress signals effortlessly. By making a timeline of when the symptoms started, you can often see a similarity between the start of a change and the disease symptoms.

Symptoms of a previous illness may also be related. This is because when the body is not given a chance to heal because the source of stress persists, the body may start developing more severe symptoms.

Insight and awareness

By insight into and awareness of the cause, there is an immediate change in perception and thus in energy, it brings peace. This relaxes the body and thus stimulates the self-healing ability. You can then take the steps needed to create the desired change so that the body can continue to heal.

Healing

While using healing, you work with the energy field of your horse, dog or cat. By paying attention to certain places in the body, self-healing is stimulated in those places where it is needed.
